It is quite easy to prepare a Laurent pie - the main thing is to follow the formula I give below. So, how to cook a Laurent pie: Unmixed oil mixed with the egg is not up to a homogeneous mass. Add water, flour and salt. Knead dough from these products. Then put the dough into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. To prepare the filling, cook the chicken fillet, and when it cools, finely chop. Onions are also finely chopped. Mushrooms need to be cut into small pieces. Add onion on vegetable oil, add mushrooms, add salt, then add fillets and broccoli. Fry for 10 minutes. To fill, you need to grate cheese, beat a little egg, to which cream is added and mix. Then add the nutmeg and cheese, stir. In the form put the dough, filling and top filling. Bake for 30-40 minutes. We remove the prepared pie from the oven, lightly cool it and serve it to the table.
