Ingredients for preparation of pancakes. That's how raw Jerusalem artichoke looks like. Jerusalem artichoke is peeled like potatoes, and rubbed on a small grater (you can use a food processor). Raw carrots are cleaned and also rubbed on a fine grater, add to grated Jerusalem artichoke. We break an egg into a dough, add flour and salt. Mix with a spoon until smooth. In a frying pan, we warm up a little oil, spread a small amount of dough with a spoon and fry the fritters on both sides to a crispy crust.
