Salad of potatoes and beets is good to serve fried or boiled meat. Preparation: Boil in a uniform or bake in the oven beets and potatoes. Let the vegetables cool down a bit, then clean and cut into slices. Put the beet and potatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable oil and vinegar, mix. Put the mixture in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
