Ingredients:- Chicken drumstick 1 pc.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Mayonnaise 7 tbsp. l.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Parsley fresh 0.2 bunch
- Fresh dill 0.2 bunch
- Marinated champignons 180 g
- Carrots in Korean 150 g
- Eggs of chicken 8 pcs.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we need to boil the chicken leg, chilled carrots, marinated champignons, boiled chicken eggs, purple onion, fresh dill and parsley, mayonnaise, salt and black ground pepper, cooked until tender in salted water.
- Step 2 Cooked and cooled chicken eggs are cleaned, we separate the yolks from proteins.
- Step 3 We cut the egg whites with long straws, we do not need yolks.
- Step 4 Marinated mushrooms cut into plates, leaving a few whole mushrooms to decorate the finished salad.
- Step 5 With the boiled leg, we remove the meat and cut it with about the same straw as the egg whites.
- Step 6 Clean the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Step 7 Squeeze the carrots slightly from the juice in Korean. If carrots are cut into very long straws, then we go through it a few times with a knife, but do not grind it hard!
- Step 8 Rinse the dill and parsley under cold running water.
- Step 9 In a deep salad bowl combine the prepared ingredients: chicken meat, egg whites, onions, carrots in Korean, marinated champignons, greens.
- Step 10 We fill the ingredients with mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper.
- Step 11 Mix the salad. We serve it to the table after it has been in the refrigerator for 30 minutes! We decorate the salad with marinated mushrooms and greens.
