Salad with eggs and rusks

Crackers, if not available, can be dried in an oven of slightly hardened Ingredients:

• Eggs hard boiled - 2 pieces
• Salad leaves - 50 Grams
• Rye crunches - 3 st. spoons
• Parmesan cheese - 50 Grams
• Mayonnaise - 3 Art. spoons
• Garlic - 1 Tooth
• Salt, pepper - - To taste

Instructions

Crackers, if not available, can be dried in an oven of slightly hardened rye bread. Wash the salad leaves, pick it up and put it in a bowl. Parmesan cut into thin plates or grate on a large grater - as you like. Boiled hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters. Let's lay eggs, biscuits and cheese on lettuce leaves, and mix everything with mayonnaise dressing mixed with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Done!
