- fresh coriander leaves, as well as coriander leaves for decoration (optional) - 1 cup
- low-fat sour cream - 1 cup
- fresh lime juice - 1-2 st. spoons
- sugar - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt and pepper - - To taste
- medium radishes (about 450 g each), peeled and cut into strips - 2 pieces
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
In a food processor mix cilantro, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and sugar, season with salt and pepper. Beat until smooth, 3 minutes. Put the sauce in a bowl with the remaining sour cream. Add more lime juice and decorate with cilantro leaves if necessary. Serve with slices of white radish.
