First, prepare the ingredients - carrots finely chopped, chopped garlic, peas defrosted (at room temperature). In a frying pan on average heat we heat oil, we spread in it shrimps. Each shrimp is salted and peppered. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Shrimp should become more rosy, change color. Now fried shrimp are removed from the frying pan and put on a plate, and in the frying pan add the sliced carrots. After a minute, add the rice. Following the rice, send the chopped green onions and garlic into the pan. Stirring. Add the soy sauce and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the green peas. After the peas we send shrimp to the pan. Now with the help of a spatula we make a small free space in the center of the pan. Whisked eggs are poured into this free space. Once the eggs get a little gripped - actively mix them with the rest of the contents of the frying pan. Actually, the dish is ready. Shrimp with rice should be served immediately.
