Holiday salad This salad can become a decoration of the festive table. Ingredients:- Beans red dry 100 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Crab sticks 200g
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Green onions 0.5 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you need to take the beans, sweet red pepper, crab sticks, hard cheese, green onions, parsley, garlic, mayonnaise, black pepper and salt.
- Step 2 Soak the beans in cold water for the night.
- Step 3 Boil the beans until soft, not allowing the boiling of the grains, and cool.
- Step 4 Crab sticks to clean from polyethylene wrappers and finely chop.
- Step 5 At the pod of sweet pepper remove the stem and seeds with the seeds, cut it along into four parts, and then each quarter of the chunk crosswise with thin straws.
- Step 6 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Step 7 Grate garlic on a small grater or pass through a press.
