No prohibited ingredients, on the contrary - kohlrabi in reasonable quantities even reduces the amount of insulin in the blood. In general, a salad for everyone who wants to eat is not only delicious, but also useful :) How to prepare a salad of kohlrabi: 1. Peel kohlrabi with a knife, cut into thin strips. 2. Pine the pine nuts lightly in a dry frying pan. 3. Mix kohlrabi, pine nuts, finely chopped cockerel and currant. 4. Mix the crushed garlic, mustard, freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork until smooth. 5.
