- Parmesan - 50 Grams
- Olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
We prepare lemon dressing. In the bowl we mix olive oil, a peel of one lemon, juice of half a lemon and squeezed garlic. Stir well and leave. At the bottom of the salad bowl we spread washed and sliced lettuce leaves, we lay out on them a washed cucumber and a cucumber cut into small cubes. With thin straws, chopped peppers are also added to the salad bowl. Similarly, we do with green onions and tomatoes - cut it (onion finely, tomatoes - into small slices) and put it in a salad. Add salt and pepper. In a dry frying pan slightly fry sesame. We put sesame and olives in a salad bowl, mix with our lemon dressing, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese - and lettuce is ready!
