Prepare a salad with octopus Salads with seafood are delicious, nutritious and healthy. Olives and red sweet peppers will add color to the gloomy February days, as well as enrich the taste palette of this light in all respects dishes. Seafood is a well-known aorthisiac, which is important when choosing a menu for a romantic dinner on Valentine's Day. I took the octopus frozen, they are very small, so I cooked them for 10 minutes in salted water from the moment of boiling. After boiling, the octopuses greatly diminished in size, became miniature, but acquired a characteristic, clearly expressed form. Such salad can be served both on one dish for two, and in portions - in glasses, cups or kremankah. When serving, decorate with parsley greens, a slice of lemon and season with freshly ground black pepper.

- Shrimp frozen peeled 30 g
- Onion purple 30 g
- Sweet pepper 50 g
- Olives without pits 50 g
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt sea 1 g
- Seasoning for fish 1 g
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Paprika sweet ground 1 g
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you need to prepare the main products: boiled octopus, shrimp meat, olives, pepper, lemon, olive oil, greens, onion purple, sweet pepper, seasoning, paprika.
- Step 2 In a bowl squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add olive oil, sea salt, paprika and seasoning for fish. Mix.
- Step 3 Put the thinly sliced onion into the prepared dressing. As cooking is prepared, the onion must be slightly marinated.
- Step 4 Add the pulp of sweet pepper cut into small pieces. Mix.
- Step 5 Cut the olives into 4 parts and add to the total mass.
- Step 6 Add the shrimp and octopus.
- Step 7 Cut the parsley finely, add it to the salad. Mix. Salad ready!
