- Mayonnaise - 100 Milliliters

Here is a simple set of ingredients from which we will prepare a salad of sprats with rusks. We open cans of sprat, drain them from the liquid in a plate, and in this liquid we soak for a short time our crackers. Rusks have to soften a bit, so that guests do not break their teeth :) Sprats also put in a plate. With a fork, we sprinkle sprats - not exactly into the mess, of course, but quite thoroughly. In a kind of minced sprats. With canned corn drain the liquid, add it to sprats. Similarly we treat canned beans. Squeeze garlic into the salad. We rub the cheese on a small grater. Add the cheese and crackers to the salad. Stir with mayonnaise, salt-pepper to taste. Sprinkle with greens before serving. Done!
