Same-sex marriages

Relationships are a very complex topic, not to mention marriage, especially if people of the same sex dream about a wedding. But, nevertheless, such couples also overcome the same doubts that arise in the most ordinary people. Unless, all fears and excitements are multiplied by at least 10.
Homosexual relations have always been a symbol of impermanence, rare couples have managed to maintain a serious and lasting relationship for longer than a couple of years. Until recently, such couples could not even dream of a full-fledged family, children, just about the freedom to be who you are.

The society has learned to tolerate people of non-standard orientation more or less tolerantly, they began to feel confident among the heterosexual majority. Progress, it would seem. But he did not go so far as many would like.
Despite the fact that many countries are loyal to same-sex marriage and such relationships have long been not shocking, it is very, very difficult to create a full-fledged family for a homosexual couple.
How to make an offer? In which country to get married? Is it allowed to make a marriage contract? Will it have power? How does the church treat such marriages and is it possible to have a wedding? What will it change and in which direction?
This is only a minimal list of questions that overcome every gay lover or lesbian. Everything is complicated here: from the law to the choice of signatures on invitation cards. Perhaps, it is all these complexities that stop many people of non-traditional orientation from taking a decision in favor of creating a family. But you can solve almost any problem, even such a complex one as this one. Especially pleasing is the fact that there really is a choice.

Love vs the law.

If you imagine yourself as a person who genuinely loves a person of the same sex as he, while he wants strong, and most importantly, recognized relationships, he becomes frightened by the fact that the whole thing seems unworkable.
Let's say the offer was made, and in response, the cherished "Yes" sounded. What's next? Where and to whom to go with their desire to become legal spouses?

To begin with, you should know that far from every country the law will be on the side of lovers.
Even the notorious Holland recognized for homosexuals the right to legal marriage only in 2001, but, most importantly, recognized! Europe was the first to abandon old-fashioned views on the institution of marriage, so a wedding in Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Canada and even in South Africa is already a kind of tradition for gays and lesbians around the world. It is in these countries that any couple is officially recognized as husband and wife, husband and wife, or wife and wife, and instead of oblique glances they will be awarded with sincere wishes for happiness. To do this, it is enough just to apply for a desire to marry in local government, pay the necessary state duties and taxes, and then you can safely send out invitations.
Most recently, the bastions of hypocrisy fell in the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Belgium.
It is more difficult for US residents - in this country views on whether homosexual couples can marry disagree, despite the freedom of the individual, cultivated. The US is a country of paradoxes, and this is not always good. Only here you can get married almost on your favorite vase, but to encounter obstacles in the way of reunification with your beloved.
And it's not so easy for citizens of eastern, especially Muslim countries, where same-sex love is condemned and even persecuted.

In most developed countries there is an alternative to official marriage for people of any orientation. For example, Britain has not yet completely overcome homophobia at the state level, therefore people with unconventional orientation will not receive a certificate of marriage here. But on the whole territory of this country is officially recognized a civil homosexual union, which has rights, no different from the rights of a traditional family. Even the divorce of a homosexual couple in Britain will be done through a court with the usual section of property and other procedures through which millions of heterosexuals pass.

Tourism in the service of Cupid.

As you know, demand always creates a proposal and same-sex marriage - not an exception.
The cherished dream of becoming lawful spouses could remain a dream for most gays and lesbians, if not resourceful and enterprising businessmen. A huge number of homosexual couples do not have the opportunity to become spouses, despite the fact that many countries are ready to register their marriage. That is why many travel agencies offer so-called "alternative" marriages. Let them have no legal force, but otherwise do not differ from the traditional wedding procedure.
At the choice of lovers there are also paradise tropical islands with their ethnic weddings, and Europe with its castles, rich in history and truly royal pathos. In the end, for many important is not the notorious stamp in the passport, and the magic day and the long-awaited "Yes" in response to: "Do you agree?".
In addition, the choice in favor of a symbolic ceremony means also the freedom to choose any point of the world and the possibility not to depend on the usual cliches.

On the verge of a foul.

And the only delicate issue in love affairs was and remains the church. No matter how gay couples dream of a wedding and a blessing, the church remains adamant. Any world religion rejects same-sex love and this is the line beyond which the patience of the clergy of the world ends.
But if desired, the output can be found from any situation and it is not necessary to hire an actor dressed in a robe whose blessing will not have any power.
Homosexual couples can officially marry in the Swedish Episcopal Church. True, it is required to accept this faith, but if desired, this problem is solvable.

For what?

What for in general all to complicate and overcome so much obstacles if it is possible to live simply together, without putting the state in popularity?
A good question that all people are asked without exception, regardless of their orientation. There is a serious answer to this question, which overrides any doubts. And this answer is children. We should not forget about the desire to become parents , which appears regardless of who you love and regardless of who you are.
Homosexual couples can not have common children for understandable reasons. If women's unions have the opportunity to use the achievements of medicine, for example, artificial insemination, then families consisting of men are limited in their choice. Adoption is a good solution to this issue, but this process is much more complicated than all wedding peripeteias. Homosexual couples have a chance to become parents, but, as in the case of traditional families, preference is given to those who are married, and whose union has been tested for strength.

Whatever it was, the chance to become happy is absolutely everything, and there are plenty of means to achieve it, you just need to be able to use them at the right time.
