Simple ginger biscuit

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, powdered sugar. In another mission: Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, powdered sugar. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and butter until smooth. In the mixture of oil and sugar, we introduce molasses. We mix. Mix until the weight has acquired the consistency of the cream. Now gradually introduce into our cream flour, continuing to whisk all at a slow speed mixer. The flour is introduced in small portions, so that it is evenly mixed with the cream and does not form lumps. When the flour and the cream are evenly mixed - everything, the pastry dough is ready. Using a measuring ladle we divide the dough into parts (from the indicated quantity of ingredients - about 10 parts). From the resulting parts of the test we roll up the neat balls. We roll balls in sugar. Spread our balls on the baking tray. Do not put them too tightly - the dough will increase in size during baking. Lightly squeeze our balls, giving them the shape of flat cakes. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees. Cool and serve. The cookie is ready! :)
