Baked pork in sour cream sauce Pork in sour cream sauce turns out soft, tender and juicy, and the sweetness of dried apricots and the spicy taste of prunes add to the sauce and the meat itself interesting notes! To this meat, the best side dish is rice - generously pour the dish with the resulting sauce, it will perfectly impregnate rice and make it special! Delicious! I recommend!
