Marrows my, peel and cut into small cubes. Slice not very finely onion. In the same way we crush the Bulgarian pepper. In one frying pan we put marrows. Fry over medium heat in sufficient oil. In another place first onions, then peppers, fry on low heat until onions and peppers become soft. Then mix onion, pepper and zucchini, stew and add to them tomatoes without peel and cut into quarters (to remove the peel, dip the tomato into boiling water for 1-2 minutes). Add a spoonful of sugar, weighing about 10 minutes. Then salt, pepper and stew for about 5 minutes. Done!
