- now you need a frying pan. Heat and melt the butter in it and drop the meat. Fry it over medium heat, stirring constantly;

- add the onion to the meat and mix;
- now let's do tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes and also add to the meat. Do not forget to constantly mix the ingredients;
- add two spoons of dried flour to the dish;
- take the tomato juice and mix it with two glasses of hot boiled water. Pour the mixture into meat with vegetables. Add salt and sugar to taste. Stir. If desired, you can also add spices. Cover the dish with a lid and fry over a small fire. Try the meat for taste, it should become soft;
- After about forty minutes, you can add adzhika and sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs. After the frying is complete, let the dish stand under the lid for about fifteen minutes.
