1. Do not get carried away with unloading days

We need 2 kilograms of various fruits and vegetables, fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices.

Buckwheat
We will need 700 or 800 grams of buckwheat, broth of wild rose or tea without sugar, still water.

Brew buckwheat, divide it into portions and eat during the day.

Carrot
We need 400 or 450 grams of raw carrots, 2 or 3 drops of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, a rose hip broth or tea without sugar.

Grind the grated carrot, add lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and eat this salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drink during the day at least 3 liters of fluid.

If you sit three days in a row on a carrot diet, you will lose weight 3.5 kilograms. We eat carrots cooked by this method, and with each meal we add 1 fruit: pomegranate, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, apple. Mix the grated carrot and apple, or eat separately. Instead of dinner we eat grapefruit. Do not forget to drink more tea or water.

Curd
We need 600 grams of fat-free cottage cheese, 60 or 100 grams of low-fat sour cream. 2 cups of tea with milk and without sugar. Add 2 cups of wild rose broth. All products are divided into 6 meals.

Cottage cheese with sweet red pepper for 2 servings will be needed: 300 grams of pepper, 30 grams of onions, half-baked onion, 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 100 grams of cheese, a few leaves of green salad, salt, ground pepper.

3. Do not starve
Unloading day, this is a caloric restriction of the diet to 1000 calories, and not a complete refusal to eat. The whole day rate will be divided into equal portions, but not less. Thus, this will speed up the metabolic processes and will reduce weight.

Cucurbitaceae
Zucchini is a real storehouse, you can cook different dishes and lose weight. Suitable for a delicious zucchini and for a fasting day.
Take ½ of the average zucchini and cleanse of seeds and peel, cut the pulp with straw, one onion cut into cubes. We will wash rice, 1 beet and 1 carrot with a grater. Put half the vegetables in the pan, then put a layer of rice, then the remaining vegetables. We will pour water, bring it to a boil, pour under the lid for 10 minutes, then fill it with cold milk and bring it back to the boil.

Fish
We need 600 grams of lean any fish. Non-carbonated water, herbal tea or tea without sugar.

We'll boil the fish or cook it for a couple. It would be desirable without salt. Divide the fish into 4 or 6 meals.

4. Do not overdo it.
During the unloading day, we avoid all serious physical exertion. We rest more and consume at least 2.5 or 3 liters of liquid.

Apple
We need 1.5 or 2 kilograms of apples. We eat apples in raw form with peel. If possible, drink fresh apple juice without sugar 4 or 5 times a day.

Rice
We need 350 grams of rice, carrots or sweet peppers, broth of wild rose.

Boil rice without salt, divide it into 3 portions. For breakfast, add a pinch of cinnamon to the rice, for lunch and dinner, chop boiled carrots or sweet peppers.

5. Let's make the task easier
The last meal, until the unloading day, and also the first day after a fasting day for the stomach, should not be burdensome. Perfectly suitable porridge on the water, milk porridge, or vegetable soup.

Soup
We will weld 1.5 or 2 liters of vegetable soup without meat. The main ingredient in the soup should be cabbage. Let us take note of this soup recipe. You need a little cabbage, a bunch of celery, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 2 green peppers, tomatoes to taste, 6 medium bulbs.

We cut the vegetables, fill it with cold water and bring it to a boil. Let's boil for 10 minutes, then cook on low heat until the vegetables are soft. We will add curry sauce to taste. Eat soup 4 or 5 times a day. We drink tea without sugar.

Juicy
It will take 1.5 liters of fresh juice from apples (without sugar) or from vegetables. Or we make cocktails: from apples and carrots; from cabbage, carrots and beets. If there is no kidney disease, then, in addition to drinking juice, we drink mineral water without gas.

6. We behave properly during the holidays
If you have a festive feast, then we spend 2 unloadings, before the feast and the day after the holiday.

Cucumber
We need 1.5 or 2 kilograms of fresh cucumbers, green tea or fresh juices.

To cucumbers do not add any bread, no salt, only one greens. The meal should be 4 or 5 times a day.

Lactic
On this day, let's choose 2 or 3 servings: 50 fat-free cottage cheese, 30 grams of hard cheese, low fat, 1 cup kefir 0,5% fat, 1 cup low-fat yogurt, 1 cup milk 0.5% fat.

7. Do not digress from the diet
If you adhere to any diet, then the products should not contradict it. We plan a fasting day in a quiet time, when there are no stressful situations. It's good if it's a day off. Do not tune yourself to painful restrictions.

Grain
Maybe you will like the day with such products. You can eat 1 slice of bread, ½ cup of pasta, cooked without spices and salt, ½ cup cooked oatmeal, rice or buckwheat.

Lean
For breakfast we will cook millet porridge with pumpkin, for dinner we will prepare a salad of carrots and cabbage, we will prepare compote of plums and apples for dinner, we will make a pumpkin for dinner. Throughout the day we drink water, herbal tea.

8. Learning to fight hunger
What should you do if you are constantly reminded of hunger? Let's have a glass of water at room temperature in small sips. In order not to have a feeling of hunger, in between meals, we eat one allowed vegetable or fruit, they contain a minimum of calories and from this, there will be only a maximum of benefit.

Watermelon
This is the favorite day of Nikolai Baskov. In a day we eat 500 grams of pulp of watermelon for 5 times.

Cabbage
During the day, let's have a salad of cabbage. Chop cabbage, add carrots, greens, sweet peppers and fill with a few drops of lemon juice.

Also eat a juicy kocherzyku, cabbage leaves. We differentiate the menu with fruit compotes without water and sugar.

9. Get enough sleep
A short and restless sleep is an accomplice in the accumulation of fat. Less sleep, then more extra pounds, you will have.

With chronic lack of sleep, weight gain is due to the fact that the production of melatonin, which is formed during sleep, is disrupted. Deficiency of such a hormone stimulates appetite. To prevent this from happening, take a bath with a few drops of tincture of valerian, or motherwort. And just before going to bed we will drink tea from honey and oregano.
