The first thing to do is to clean the shrimp. Peeled shrimp once again thoroughly washed, then let them dry on a paper towel. We mix all the spices - paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sprinkle the spices with shrimps. We mix well and set aside. In a saucepan, mix butter, zest and juice of one lemon, squeezed garlic and cayenne pepper. Melt on medium heat, lightly beat until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Spicy prawns are spread on the grid for grilling. We put on a very hot grill. Fry literally 3-4 minutes, no more. Usually the finished shrimps become pink, but ours will be red - this is because of the paprika. In the process of frying each shrimp must be well lubricated with garlic-lemon oil. Actually, the shrimps themselves are ready, however we will serve them with pasta. Now we put the finished shrimp in a saucepan, pour garlic-lemon oil and put it on medium fire.
