Cooking Skordalia Skordalia is a Greek potato-garlic snack. A very simple dish, consisting of potatoes, bread, garlic, olive oil and spices. To improve the taste in this recipe, nuts are added - they are very handy there. Skordalia is served to fish, fried vegetables. It is very tasty even with bread. Ingredients:- Garlic 5 denticles
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Bread white 100 g
- Walnut 40 g
- Olive oil 100 ml
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Water 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the slaughter, we need potatoes, bread, nuts, lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Wash the stale bread in the water. The pressed mass of bread should be taken 100 g.
- Step 3 Boil potatoes in a uniform. Cool. Grate it on a fine grater.
- Step 4 Combine nuts, garlic and lemon juice.
- Step 5 Grind with a blender or food processor.
- Step 6 Combine potatoes, pressed bread, chopped nuts, salt, pepper.
- Step 7 Grind everything with a food processor.
- Step 8 Add 30 ml of olive oil. Grind everything again with a food processor.
