How we fall asleep

At night the human body experiences 5-6 cycles of sleep, each of them consists of several phases. When a person falls asleep, he is in the first - the transition from wakefulness to sleep, drowsiness. Consciousness gradually fades, you can see snatches of daytime impressions. In the second phase, muscle relaxation begins and the person falls asleep. Insomnia is a state where we are stuck in a slumber phase and can not really fall asleep.
