- soy milk - 1 cup (seasoned with vanilla)
- orange juice - 1/4 cup
- egg products - 1/4 Cups (frozen or cold, unfrozen)
- Honey - 1 Art. a spoon
- mango - 1/2 cup (peeled, chopped)
- frozen strawberries - 1/2 cups (or raspberries, blueberries)
In a bowl of blender, place soy milk, orange juice and honey. Mix 10 minutes. Then add mango and berries and mix until smooth. Immediately pour into glasses. You can decorate with blueberry leaves.
