- flour - 21/4 Cups
- baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
- unsalted butter at room temperature - 1 cup
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- light brown sugar - 1 cup
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- extract of vanilla - 2 teaspoons
- Big Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Chocolate Chips - 2 Cups
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the flour and baking powder together, set aside. In a bowl mixer at medium speed, mix the butter with two kinds of sugar. Reduce speed and add salt, vanilla and eggs. Shake well for 1 minute. Add the mixture to the flour, mix. Add chocolate chips. Roll the balls out of the dough (about 1 tablespoon per 1 bead) and distribute them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, about 5 cm apart. Bake the cookies until golden brown, from 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1 to 2 minutes. Store the cookies in a sealed container for 1 week at room temperature.
