Cut the mushrooms. Slice the turkey into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour. Cook until the flour begins to bubble. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until the sauce thickens. Then add soy milk, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Add turkey and mushrooms, boil over low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with a mixture of turkey. Put the mixture in a baking dish with a non-stick coating. Bake spaghetti with turkey in the oven until the cheese melts.
