- bank (450 g) chickpea (mutton pea) - 1 Piece
- liquid from it - 1/4 cup
- tahini (sesame paste) - 1/4 cup
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup

In the food processor combine the mutton peas, liquid from peas, sesame paste, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, anise (if used), ginger, cumin and beat until smooth. Put the mass in a bowl and mix with cilantro, tomatoes, spring onion, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil over the hummus. Before serving, decorate the humus with cilantro leaves as desired.
