Home-made mayonnaise in a post I suggest to try to prepare lean mayonnaise. It does not contain eggs and is perfect for making lean salads. To give the necessary consistency of sauce, we need to brew the flour. And then add all the ingredients, as for ordinary mayonnaise: mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice. On how much flour we brew for 100 ml of water will depend on how thick the sauce will come out. If you need to get a more liquid sauce - you need to reduce the amount of brewed flour a little.
Ingredients:- Water 100 ml
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Mustard 0.5 tsp.
- Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 For the preparation of lean mayonnaise we will need flour, sunflower oil, lemon juice, water, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard.
- Step 2 Connect the flour and water.
- Step 3 Brew the mixture, bringing it to a boil and boiling for 10-15 seconds. To cool.
- Step 4 Add salt and pepper.
- Step 5 Add the lemon juice, sugar and mustard.
- Step 6 Place the flour mixture and sunflower oil in the blender bowl.
- Step 7 Beat the mixture for 15-20 seconds.
- Step 8 Ready lean mayonnaise.
