Ingredients:- Tarragon (tarragon) fresh 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sazan 500 g
- Parsley fresh 1 pc.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Butter 50 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Step 2 Clean the fish, if necessary. With a paper towel, pat the fish to remove excess moisture.
- Step 3 Tear off a piece of foil, about twice as long and wider than every piece of carp.
- Step 4 Put one sazan piece diagonally on a piece of foil. Turn the edges of the foil slightly upward, so that the fish is not completely closed.
- Step 5 Add the spices you want. Usually it is salt, pepper, parsley, tarragon.
- Step 6 Add the thinly sliced pieces of butter. Lay them out as shown in the photo.
- Step 7 Wrap the foil with the envelope. The fish should be tightly packed in foil.
- Step 8 Lay each piece in foil on a baking sheet.
- Step 9 Put the baking tray in the oven. Bake the fish for 20 minutes.
- Step 10 When ready, open the foil and lay thin slices of lemon on the fish. Sazan can be served on the table directly in foil.
