Gutted lines must be soaked for a couple of hours in salted milk. This is done to destroy the very unpleasant flavor of lin. While the fish is soaked, prepare the rest of the ingredients - lemon, parsley and some aromatic spices. Every fish outside and inside is rubbed with spices, inside each we put a couple of slices of lemon and parsley (the amount - to taste). We wrap each fish in foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Minutes for 5-10 before the end of cooking, the foil must be opened, so that the fish is slightly dried and fried. We take the fish from the oven, lightly cool it (the fish are not served very hot, it is dangerous - because of bones). Serve with your favorite side dish and vegetables. Bon Appetit! ;)
