The strawberry jam is prepared very simply. 1. We sort through, wash our berries and let them dry out. For jam, you only need a ripe berry with no signs of spoilage. 2. Put the strawberries in a pot and with the help of a pistil or temptation we squeeze it well. 3. In the received mass we pour in water, we put on slow fire and we weld berries up to full softening. 4. Once the berries have softened, remove the mass from the fire and wipe it through a sieve. Then add a lot of sugar and re-cook until ready - about 20-25 minutes. 5. Remove our strawberry jam from the fire, let it cool down a bit, then pour the jam over the sterilized jars. Banks are tightened and sent to storage in a dry and cool place. Done. In the winter, open the jar and enjoy the delicious jam from strawberries :)
