First, using a blender, grind the previously washed strawberries to a homogeneous consistency. In parallel, we cook ordinary sugar syrup - dissolve sugar in the water and cook for about 7 minutes until the sugar completely dissolves. Whip the cream to such a state that they thicken. We pour into the strawberry mass hot syrup, there also add cream, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. We mix all this thoroughly, so that a homogeneous mass is formed. We put the resulting mass in some suitable dishes and put in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Strawberry ice cream is ready!
