  3. When you achieve a homogeneous mass, dissolving all the sugar, pour the flour inside and mix again. Now divide the liquid into two equal containers, one of which put a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and mix. Thanks to this, in the future, we will get the famous brown-white stripes;
  4. Lubricate the deep form for baking with butter, add a little flour and in the order of the queue form the future multi-colored lines. It is done this way: drip white spoon into the shape, then add a spoonful of brown color along the center of the white speck and so on. So fill the whole mixture;
  5. Before placing in the oven, heat it to 180 degrees and shift the dough inside;
  6. While dessert is being baked, let's prepare the glaze and cream. In a separate bowl, mix: butter, sugar, cocoa and sour cream. It is necessary that the sugar crystals completely dissolved. To do this, it is recommended to place the dishes on a fire and bring to a boil, stirring the mixture. To obtain a cream for impregnation, mix sour cream and sugar in the appropriate proportions;
  7. When the cake is ready, pull it out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly and cut into two equal parts. Each piece should be coated on the inside and outside with cream, and top covered with glaze, pouring a tiny of walnuts;
  8. Leave the cake at room temperature for a couple of hours, so that it is properly soaked and can be fed to the table.
