- lettuce - 1 piece (cut into strips)
- pineapple - 1 piece (cut into cubes)
- quail eggs - 24 pieces (hard boiled)
- parsley - 1 Pinch (generous handful)
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces (peel and cut into strips)
- mayonnaise - 3 st. spoons (ingredients for seasoning salad)
- Dijon mustard - 2 Art. spoons
- lemon - 1 Piece (juice)
- honey - 5 Art. spoons
- salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for dressing the salad. Pour the eggs and vegetables with the prepared sauce. Serve immediately.
