Sauce for Greek salad

Fresh sauce for Greek salad Greek salad is one of the most famous in the world. As a rule, having opened the menu of any restaurant, you will meet this simple and tasty dish. This salad is a real storehouse of vitamins. Despite its dietary composition and lightness, it, nevertheless, is nutritious enough due to olives and cheese. In Greece, this salad is called "Village Salad" ("Koryatiki salad"). Traditionally, Salad korjatiki is eaten with toasted white bread, dipping it into juice, which emits vegetables and cheese. A simple and full-bodied salad was an everyday dish for village dwellers. Tomatoes, which are one of the main ingredients of the dish, appeared only in the XIX century. According to one version, a set of vegetables became a salad only at the beginning of the XX century, when one of the emigrants cut and mixed the ingredients, which until then had been eaten whole. One of the most important components is refueling. There are infinitely many of them. I offer my favorite version of sweet and sour refueling, which gives even more freshness to this wonderful dish!
