- large sweet potato, peeled and chopped - 3 pieces
- melted butter - 4 items. spoons
- chopped fresh ginger - 2 teaspoons
- milk - 1/4 Glass
- lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon

In a large pot, put the potatoes, pour water and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are soft, from 15 to 20 minutes. From cooked potatoes, mash in a blender or food processor. If desired, you can add seasonings in puree. For maple oil: add in a mash 2 tablespoons of melted butter and maple syrup, mix. For ginger: add 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger, mix. For cayenne pepper: add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
