- parsley - 250-300 grams (finely chopped)
- tomatoes - 90-120 grams (cut into small cubes)
- crushed wheat cereal (Burgul) - 25-30 Grams (pre-soak in the water)
- onion turnip - 30-40 Grams (finely chop, preferably with a cube)
- freshly squeezed lemon juice - 20-30 milliliters (can be more or less, according to your taste.)
- mint dried or fresh - 2-3 Grams (of course freshly chopped mint leaves freshness to your salad.)
- olive oil (cold pressed) - 40 milliliters
Soak the crushed wheat in the water. Finely chop the parsley, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, cut the onion into cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice. Cut fresh mint. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well and serve immediately.
