Peel the fillets of bones, skin, cut into cubes. Wash 3 leeks, thinly chopped. In a large frying pan, melt 40 g of butter and add chopped leeks and mix well, but do not add salt. Cook 4 - 5 minutes, until the leek is almost ready, but still slightly crispy. Add the fish, mix well and close the lid. Cook until the fish is not transparent. Add 200 ml of cream, salt and pepper, then keep on low heat for a few minutes. Done!
