- Cut the meat into pieces (about 3x3 cm).

- Cut the carrots into slices 0.3 cm thick.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Chop onion.
- Combine the meat with onions and tomatoes, fry in a pan (5-8 minutes).
- Take the ceramic pots. The bottom of the dishes should be oiled and put a little meat with onions and tomatoes, some potatoes, carrots and peas.
- Add in each pot of seasoning and boiled hot water (it should reach the middle of the tank).
- Cover the pots and put them in a preheated oven. Leave for 60 minutes at 180 °. Serve hot.
Lentils with tomatoes
Ingredients
- Lentil - 300 g
- Average size tomatoes - 5 pcs. or 15 cherry
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- Fresh parsley - ½ beam
- Sugar sand - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Green lentils are harder than red, so it should be soaked for half an hour in cold water. Beans of red color do not need such preparation
- Put lentils in a saucepan and add water (1 cup of beans is taken with 2 cups of liquid), salt. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil. After 1-2 minutes, reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- At this time, tomatoes blanch (they are showered with boiling water and peeled off from them). Cut them into small cubes.
- Finely chop onion and fry with oil. After 5 minutes, pour in the balsamic vinegar and add sugar. During the frying, the onion will acquire a beautiful caramel color.
- In the frying pan add chopped tomatoes and ground pepper. Stew, stirring constantly, until moisture evaporates.
- Add lentils to the pan, stir well and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
- Grind the greens and add to the lentils.
- Serve lentils hot on a single dish or in portions, decorate with a slice of lemon.
