  2. The "boat" element. The palm is folded so that it resembles the shape of the boat and starts moving from one ear to the other, first with one hand, then with the other.
  3. Triangle on the cheek. Fingers of hands press on a bone between a nose and a lip, moving aside a nose. Then the hands diverge in the direction of the ears with the same force of pressing and smoothly, without pressing, drop down the cheekbones. Repeat the element 5 times.
  4. Stringing the nose - starting with the wings and moving up.
  5. Forcing of forehead. At the same time we move from the eyebrows upwards along the forehead.
  6. We perform circular movements around the eyes according to the massage lines. At the top we perform with pressing, at the bottom - no.

An important rule: Tibetan massage is performed without lifting the hands from the skin of the face.
