Ingredients:- Milk powder 100 g
- Sugar 125 g
- Water 55 ml
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Butter 85 g
- Walnut 70 g
- Step 1 To make truffles, take dry milk, sugar, cocoa powder, butter and water.
- Step 2 Put cocoa powder and milk powder in a bowl.
- Step 3 Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Step 4 Put a little butter in a small saucepan, add sugar and pour in water.
- Step 5 Boil the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Step 6 Pour the resulting syrup to milk and cocoa.
- Step 7 Mix thoroughly until smooth, cool and place in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
- Step 8 From the resulting mass roll balls of small diameter.
- Step 9 Kernels of walnuts finely chopped or grated.
- Step 10 Balls roll in crushed nuts or simply in cocoa powder. The dessert is ready!
