Today on the shelves of shops you can find a huge variety of different oils: sunflower, olive, corn, pumpkin and so on. This product we use every day for cooking dishes, dressing salads. But how much do you know about each of the oils?


What is the oil for and when should I use it?

Most people use, as a rule, a couple of types of vegetable oils: one for frying, the other for salads. But this is not entirely correct. The more oils, the better. Linseed oil

Before sunflower oil appeared, linseed oil was very popular in Russia. It contains the optimal ratio of fatty acids: linoleic (omega 6), linolenic (omega 3) and oleic (omega 9).
