Bitos in the oven Bitos cooked from veal and baked in the oven with cheese - a tasty and satisfying dish. They are quite dense, but also tender at the same time. Fat in this dish is minimum. Corners are practically baked on a pair. Extra juiciness can give a circle of fresh tomato (better seasonal, ground, juicy and sweet). It should be put on meat, and then sprinkled with cheese. You can add sesame to the stuffing. From the indicated quantity of products, 8 bits of 90 g each are obtained (in raw form). The water on the baking tray should be 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the height of the baking dish.
Ingredients:- Veal 500g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.

- Butter 5 g
