- milk - 1 liter
- flour - 180 grams
- cornstarch - 50 Grams

- egg yolk - 160 Grams
- lemon peel - 1 pinch
- bread crumbs - 150 Grams (ingredients for breading :)
- egg white - 150 grams
Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Pour 100 milliliters of milk and in the meantime, heat the remaining in a saucepan. Add starch and flour, mix well. Pour hot milk and add the lemon zest. Evenly distribute the dough on a baking sheet or baking dish. Cover with a foil. When the cream-dough cools down, cut into thick rectangles. Remove the film and roll the dough pieces in breading. Fry in boiling oil.
