1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, spices and salt in a large bowl. Corolla in a separate medium bowl mix milk, eggs and melted butter. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. 2. Peel apples and cut into slices. Cut the nuts. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat, sprinkle a little sugar over it. Stir until the sugar begins to melt, about 1 minute. Add apples. Fry until the apples are brown and tender, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. 3. Add the cream and cook until the sauce thickens a little, about 2 minutes. Leave to stand at room temperature. 4. Heat the waffle iron according to the instructions to the average temperature. Sprinkle the surface with oil.
