Preheat the waffle iron. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg three times, then set aside. In a large bowl, whip the butter and honey together. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and molasses, whisk. Add the mixture of flour and mix. The dough should easily drain off the spoon and not be too thick. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little milk. Sprinkle the waffle iron with the oil from the sprinkler. Pour 1/2 cup batter into the waffle iron. Fry until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove the finished waffle and repeat the process with the remaining dough. Serve wafers immediately with blueberries and maple syrup if desired.
