- whole milk - 11/2 Cups
- vinegar - 2 items. spoons
- large eggs - 2 pieces (divided into proteins and yolks)
- egg white - 1 piece
- flour - 1 cup
- sour cream - 3/4 Glass
- corn flour - 2 Art. spoons
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- melted butter - 5 items. spoons
Preheat the waffle iron to the maximum value. Mix the milk and vinegar, let stand for 5 minutes, until it thickens. Mix yolks, flour, sour cream, corn flour and soda. Stir in a mixture of milk and vinegar. Add butter and mix, but do not whisk. Beat the egg whites with a mixer at high speed. Add half to the dough and mix. Add the remaining half. Sprinkle the waffle iron with oil. Pour 1 cup of dough into the waffle iron. Close the lid and fry until golden crusty, about 6 minutes. Ready wafers quickly shake to leave the steam, and serve. Repeat with the remaining test.
