With chicken and prunes
At first glance it may seem that this recipe is no different from the most common one. But the difference is that chicken is not boiled, but fried.
For cooking, you will need:
- fried chicken meat - 250 g
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- prunes - 200 g
- fresh cucumbers - 400 g
- nuts - 60 g
- mayonnaise - 1 small pack
- dill or green onions
- salt and pepper
Sequencing:
- Prunes are steamed with boiling water, we take out a bone, we cool and cut into strips.
- Chicken filets are slightly salted and fried in a pan until cooked. When it is slightly cool, cut into not too coarse straw.
- Nuts grind in a mortar or blender.
- Eggs are boiled and cleaned from the shell. The protein needs to be finely chopped, and leave the yolk for decoration.
- Cucumbers can be peeled off if necessary, and cut into small strips.
