Prepare a salad "Pineapple" "Pineapple" - this is mostly an option for filing, decorating, decorating a salad, rather than a salad with a certain set of ingredients, under a walnut "coat" can conceal almost any salad. It can be prepared as layers, or mixed. The salad I want to offer you today, I like the presence of roasted sweet pepper, in combination with nuts, a thick egg layer and the rest of the ingredients. It turns out a salad is very tasty! Instead of sausage you can take smoked meat, fried chicken. The top layer - the flakes of "pineapple" - can be imitated in various ways: chopped nuts (like me), halves of walnuts, plates of canned mushrooms. The salad looks elegant, festive and very similar to a real pineapple!
Ingredients:- Potatoes 5 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Mayonnaise 300 g
- Smoked sausage 150 g
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Walnut 200 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we need potatoes, chicken eggs, walnuts and shredded walnuts, mayonnaise, sausage, green onion, sweet red pepper, olive or refined sunflower oil for roasting pepper, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Boil potatoes in salted water "in uniforms" until ready, peeled and allowed to cool completely.
- Step 3 We rub the potatoes on a large grater and lay out on an oblong flat dish in the shape of an oval according to the size of the supposed "pineapple".
- Step 4 Pour a thin stream of mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- Step 5 Half a bunch of green onions cut into small rings, spread out a second layer.
- Step 6 On the onion we cut out small sausage cut into small cubes.
- Step 7 Watering with mayonnaise.
- Step 8 Boiled eggs rubbed on a coarse grater, add a few spoons of mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper.
- Step 9 Mix it - it's not liquid egg-and-mayonnaise gruel.
- Step 10 Cut the sweet red pepper into small cubes, fry in olive or refined sunflower oil until cooked. You can add half a clove of garlic, if desired. Spread the cooled pepper next layer.
- Step 11 On the pepper lay the egg-mayonnaise slurry, we give the salad the shape of an oval hill.
- Step 12 Sprinkle not finely chopped walnuts, lightly pressing them with your hands into the egg layer, so that the walnut layer keeps the shape.
- Step 13 We embroider on one side the feathers of onions - we get a rosette of leaves. Our "pineapple" is ready, you can serve to the table!
