Then add the apples to the onions, stir and continue to simmer on low heat. After a couple of minutes, add the flour to the pan, mix it. Add spices, stir and remove from heat. In the boiling broth pour our beer. Add the contents of our frying pan to the broth. Cook for another 15 minutes over medium heat. We try for salt, pepper.
