- Sesame White 2 g
- Sesame black 2 g
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined oil 200 ml
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of fish pieces in sesame we need the defrosted pangasius fillet, chicken egg, lemon, refined sunflower oil, olive oil, garlic, black and white sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, salt, black ground pepper.
