What are the vital roles we play?

In life we play different roles: the Innovator, the Seeker, the Enthusiast, the Entrepreneur, the Organizer, the Analyst, the Critic, the Advisor ... You can continue indefinitely. On the way to the successful achievement of our goals, we must learn to quickly turn into those role states that help to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances.

In the event that the transition to a new state begins with any passionate desire, then our role at this stage should be motivational, inspiring. Then we turn to offensive actions, accordingly, the role of an enterprising and energetic person becomes relevant. Depending on the new tasks that arise in front of us, we will alternately try to find the right roles for ourselves and, what is especially important, to permeate with the spirit and the way set in these roles.

How to choose the right role and enter the image?

First you should check which states you feel comfortable with, in which, on the contrary, it is uncomfortable. Then we launch our creativity, which, like a bore, makes a hole in the thickness of our consciousness and breaks through stereotypes, gets to our energy flows, and together with it we break out of the boundaries of everyday self-perception.

Compare yourself with the new entities. Conduct associations with things, animals, natural phenomena, other people. Each new image expands the knowledge of your own capabilities and manifestations. The process of deepening into one's own "I" begins with the activation of intuition, which usually correctly indicates where the source is located.

All this will help to assess yourself from the outside in different hypostases. In front of you you will see a completely new person.

Having processed your role states, that is, knowing yourself, it will be easier for you to begin to learn about others. It is especially useful and interesting to know men.

In what role are you now?

Each of us has repeatedly become the object of comparison. Let us cite several possible female images.

Predator: "I am like a lioness, lurking in an ambush, and in front of me pass goats, bulls, sheep, crawl snakes, jump rabbits and roar cocks. I feel - soon the hunt will begin! ".

Victim: "I, a kind, well-groomed collie, are surrounded by slobbering, hungry males, eager to see me gape, and they could take advantage of me under the full program, and even at all - to devour."

Parallels can be carried out not only from the animal world. The objects that surround us also allow us to fantasize and project our role programs.

Here, for example, the story of a girl who wanted to get rid of her addiction to gigolo. She imagined that her heart was a casket in which, in theory, passion and love should be kept. Previously, the casket was full, but now, when the girl's life has a bad guy who regularly launches his dirty paws in the box, he only ruthlessly "shits" into it. But when a good guy does appear, the girl will have to restore her treasures for a long time, clean the casket of impurities.

It is possible to carry out a converse comparison. Imagine that your body is a cup that must be empty so that a real man can fill it with himself. If you decide that your current young man is not at all what you would like to see in an ideal, spill out of your cup all the viscous, stale, spoiled, disturbing, harmful, corrosive liquids. In general, get rid of all that you do not like. Free the place for a fresh delicious drink, that is, for the man who can please you.

What do you want to become?

Having received the projection of your current role, answer yourself to the question: is it satisfied with you? If not, allow yourself to dream a little.

It is possible that the role of the victim you want to change the role of the predator. Maybe the predator should become less bloodthirsty. Maybe you are tired of being constantly drunk, scooped up, eaten, not offering anything in return.

Imagine an image in which you either are an inexhaustible source, or admit to it only the most worthy, satisfying your needs and able to make up for what they have taken from you.

Remember well-known fairy tales and parables, find in them a place for yourself. Believe me, this is an extremely fascinating and useful activity!

Be sure to make sure that you are comfortable with the new images, so that they inspire you to achieve your goals.

What kind of animal is he?

Having understood yourself, you can proceed to the men.

Which male images are contraindicated to us?

We are not interested in men, which can be compared with a cancerous tumor, rust, corrosive acid, rotten fruit, etc. We are not interested in men who eat and drink without a trace. We are not interested in destroyers and defilers. We are not interested in hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes and other terrible natural disasters. We are not interested in mites and leeches, mosquitoes and annoying flies, stupid penguins and cowardly rabbits.

What do we really need? Who might our man look like?

He can be a noble conqueror, a knight or an athlete who conquers the heights. He can be a lion who is always ready to intercede for us. He can be a bee, which, after eating our nectar, not only pollinates us in return, but also gives us honey, which we can eat ourselves. We will be approached by hard-working ants, stocky squirrels and hamsters, strong and peace-loving elephants, hardy camels. A man can be an engine, a rudder, wheels and even a brake that works on sharp turns. And a computer with a powerful processor that does not have excessive tediousness and pragmatism is also good.

According to Freud's theory, the masculine principle is projected in phallic forms, that is, in "protuberances", feminine in niches and rounded objects, that is, in "bulges". This allows your creativity to become more and more diagnostic.

In the case when the future elected one sees you in the form of a high unassailable mountain, this means that you are looking for a man with a clearly expressed masculinity. If it resembles a warm cozy bed, then you need a soft and fluffy young man.

After determining your images (female and male), be sure to invent a fairy tale. You can take some famous story. This will help to bring scenario dynamics into the relationship, create within you a role cliché, which at the unconscious level will select for the match or mismatch of the man to your script.

With role-playing cliches, I think, it is understandable. About the scenario dynamics I will explain. We refer to it the stages of the development of the image (pawns in the king) and the trend of this development (not every pawn can become a king) Most pawns go astray and turn into inactive figures. Some may stay on the field, but after huddling in a corner and stuck in the dead zone, they become idle figures.

Choose a role for yourself and be happy!
